Barangay Culatingan

Barangay Culatingan is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Concepcion, located in the province of Tarlac, in the Central Luzon region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Culatingan had a population of 3,575. This made it the 20th largest of 45 barangays in Concepcion by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Culatingan accounted for approximately 2.10% of the total population of Concepcion, which stood at 169,953 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Culatingan moving from 3,237 residents to 3,575 residents, an intercensal change of +10.4%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Culatingan is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
