Barangay Green Village

Situated in Concepcion, Tarlac, Barangay Green Village is one of 45 barangays that make up the municipality within Central Luzon.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Green Village had a population of 2,862. This made it the 27th largest of 45 barangays in Concepcion by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Green Village accounted for approximately 1.68% of the total population of Concepcion, which stood at 169,953 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 2,560 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 2,862 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +11.8%, consistent with a growing settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Green Village as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Concepcion is a municipality comprising 45 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Green Village, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
