Barangay Gobon

Barangay Gobon is a small barangay in the municipality of Corcuera, located in the province of Romblon, in the MIMAROPA Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Gobon had a population of 683. This made it the 7th largest of 15 barangays in Corcuera by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Gobon accounted for approximately 6.75% of the total population of Corcuera, which stood at 10,112 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Gobon moving from 673 residents to 683 residents, an intercensal change of +1.5%. The trajectory indicates a slowly expanding community.
