Barangay Cambanay

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Cambanay is one of the administrative divisions of Danao City in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Cambanay had a population of 4,320. This made it the 14th largest of 42 barangays in Danao City by population, placing it in the middle tier of the city. Residents of Barangay Cambanay accounted for approximately 2.76% of the total population of Danao City, which stood at 156,321 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Cambanay moving from 3,526 residents to 4,320 residents, an intercensal change of +22.5%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
