Situated in Del Gallego, Camarines Sur, Barangay Tomagoktok is one of 32 barangays that make up the municipality within Bicol Region.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Tomagoktok had a population of 322. This made it the 26th largest of 32 barangays in Del Gallego by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Tomagoktok accounted for approximately 1.22% of the total population of Del Gallego, which stood at 26,403 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 353 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 322 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of -8.8%, consistent with a contracting settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Tomagoktok as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
