Barangay Pinagdanlayan

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Pinagdanlayan is one of the administrative divisions of Dolores in Quezon, CALABARZON, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Pinagdanlayan had a population of 2,739. This made it the 5th largest of 16 barangays in Dolores by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Pinagdanlayan accounted for approximately 8.42% of the total population of Dolores, which stood at 32,514 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 2,817 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 2,739 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of -2.8%, consistent with a contracting settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Pinagdanlayan as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Dolores is a municipality comprising 16 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Pinagdanlayan, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
