Barangay Napangan

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Napangan is one of the administrative divisions of Don Victoriano Chiongbian in Misamis Occidental, Northern Mindanao, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Napangan had a population of 988. This made it the 5th largest of 11 barangays in Don Victoriano Chiongbian by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Napangan accounted for approximately 10.22% of the total population of Don Victoriano Chiongbian, which stood at 9,664 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Napangan changed from 1,053 to 988, a shift of -6.2% over the five-year period.
