Situated in Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur, Barangay Tubo-Pait is one of 30 barangays that make up the municipality within Zamboanga Peninsula.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Tubo-Pait had a population of 512. This made it the 28th largest of 30 barangays in Dumalinao by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Tubo-Pait accounted for approximately 1.55% of the total population of Dumalinao, which stood at 32,928 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Tubo-Pait moving from 554 residents to 512 residents, an intercensal change of -7.6%. The trajectory indicates a contracting community.
