Barangay Victorias forms part of Dumangas, a municipality in Iloilo, and is classified as a small barangay.

Dumangas is a municipality comprising 45 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Victorias, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
