Barangay Candabong

Barangay Candabong is a small barangay in the municipality of Dumanjug, located in the province of Cebu, in the Central Visayas region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Candabong had a population of 1,102. This made it the 23rd largest of 37 barangays in Dumanjug by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Candabong accounted for approximately 1.91% of the total population of Dumanjug, which stood at 57,823 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Candabong moving from 982 residents to 1,102 residents, an intercensal change of +12.2%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
