Situated in Dumaran, Palawan, Barangay Danleg is one of 16 barangays that make up the municipality within MIMAROPA Region.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Danleg had a population of 2,062. This made it the 2nd largest of 16 barangays in Dumaran by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Danleg accounted for approximately 8.76% of the total population of Dumaran, which stood at 23,528 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Danleg moving from 1,974 residents to 2,062 residents, an intercensal change of +4.5%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
