Barangay Salvacion

Barangay Salvacion is a small barangay in the municipality of Echague, located in the province of Isabela, in the Cagayan Valley region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Salvacion had a population of 800. This made it the 50th largest of 64 barangays in Echague by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Salvacion accounted for approximately 0.90% of the total population of Echague, which stood at 88,410 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Salvacion moving from 709 residents to 800 residents, an intercensal change of +12.8%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
