Barangay San Fabian

Barangay San Fabian is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Echague, located in the province of Isabela, in the Cagayan Valley region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay San Fabian had a population of 4,012. This made it the 1st largest of 64 barangays in Echague by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Fabian accounted for approximately 4.54% of the total population of Echague, which stood at 88,410 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay San Fabian moving from 3,363 residents to 4,012 residents, an intercensal change of +19.3%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
