Barangay Tamalunog

Situated in Flora, Apayao, Barangay Tamalunog is one of 16 barangays that make up the municipality within CAR.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Tamalunog had a population of 1,015. This made it the 10th largest of 16 barangays in Flora by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Tamalunog accounted for approximately 5.66% of the total population of Flora, which stood at 17,944 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Tamalunog moving from 921 residents to 1,015 residents, an intercensal change of +10.2%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
