Barangay II (Pob.)

Barangay II (Pob.) forms part of Gasan, a municipality in Marinduque, and is classified as a very small barangay.

This made it the 25th largest of 25 barangays in Gasan by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay II (Pob.) moving from 373 residents to 327 residents, an intercensal change of -12.3%. The trajectory indicates a contracting community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay II (Pob.) as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
