Situated in General Emilio Aguinaldo, Cavite, Barangay Kabulusan is one of 14 barangays that make up the municipality within CALABARZON.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Kabulusan had a population of 1,963. This made it the 5th largest of 14 barangays in General Emilio Aguinaldo by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Kabulusan accounted for approximately 8.19% of the total population of General Emilio Aguinaldo, which stood at 23,973 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Kabulusan changed from 1,626 to 1,963, a shift of +20.7% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in General Emilio Aguinaldo.
