Barangay San Isidro Ibaba is a small barangay in the municipality of General Luna, located in the province of Quezon, in the CALABARZON region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay San Isidro Ibaba had a population of 1,388. This made it the 6th largest of 27 barangays in General Luna by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality.
