Barangay Mataas na Kahoy

Barangay Mataas na Kahoy is a large barangay in the municipality of General Mamerto Natividad, located in the province of Nueva Ecija, in the Central Luzon region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Mataas na Kahoy had a population of 5,582. This made it the 1st largest of 20 barangays in General Mamerto Natividad by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Mataas na Kahoy accounted for approximately 12.60% of the total population of General Mamerto Natividad, which stood at 44,311 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Mataas na Kahoy moving from 5,050 residents to 5,582 residents, an intercensal change of +10.5%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Mataas na Kahoy is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.
