Barangay Pinahan

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Pinahan is one of the administrative divisions of General Mamerto Natividad in Nueva Ecija, Central Luzon, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Pinahan had a population of 3,537. This made it the 5th largest of 20 barangays in General Mamerto Natividad by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Pinahan accounted for approximately 7.98% of the total population of General Mamerto Natividad, which stood at 44,311 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Pinahan changed from 3,546 to 3,537, a shift of -0.3% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with broadly stable populations in General Mamerto Natividad. Barangay Pinahan is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

General Mamerto Natividad is a municipality comprising 20 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Pinahan, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
