Barangay Lamon

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Lamon is one of the administrative divisions of Goa in Camarines Sur, Bicol Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Lamon had a population of 1,651. This made it the 21st largest of 34 barangays in Goa by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Lamon accounted for approximately 2.31% of the total population of Goa, which stood at 71,368 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Lamon moving from 1,678 residents to 1,651 residents, an intercensal change of -1.6%. The trajectory indicates a broadly stable community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Lamon as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
