Barangay Pinaglabanan

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Pinaglabanan is one of the administrative divisions of Goa in Camarines Sur, Bicol Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Pinaglabanan had a population of 2,527. This made it the 10th largest of 34 barangays in Goa by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Pinaglabanan accounted for approximately 3.54% of the total population of Goa, which stood at 71,368 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Pinaglabanan changed from 2,142 to 2,527, a shift of +18.0% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Goa. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Pinaglabanan as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Goa is a municipality comprising 34 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Pinaglabanan, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Camarines Sur, which contains 1,063 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay Pinaglabanan ranks 233rd by 2020 population.
