Barangay Tuktukan

Barangay Tuktukan forms part of Guiguinto, a municipality in Bulacan, and is classified as a large barangay.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Tuktukan had a population of 11,861. This made it the 3rd largest of 14 barangays in Guiguinto by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Tuktukan accounted for approximately 10.46% of the total population of Guiguinto, which stood at 113,415 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Tuktukan moving from 9,776 residents to 11,861 residents, an intercensal change of +21.3%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Tuktukan as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

Guiguinto is a municipality comprising 14 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Tuktukan, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
