Barangay Cavite

Barangay Cavite is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Guimba, located in the province of Nueva Ecija, in the Central Luzon region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Cavite had a population of 4,069. This made it the 6th largest of 64 barangays in Guimba by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Cavite accounted for approximately 3.19% of the total population of Guimba, which stood at 127,653 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Cavite moving from 3,469 residents to 4,069 residents, an intercensal change of +17.3%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Cavite is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
