Barangay San Juan

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay San Juan is one of the administrative divisions of Hilongos in Leyte, Eastern Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay San Juan had a population of 1,795. This made it the 10th largest of 51 barangays in Hilongos by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Juan accounted for approximately 2.78% of the total population of Hilongos, which stood at 64,514 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay San Juan moving from 1,603 residents to 1,795 residents, an intercensal change of +12.0%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
