Barangay Alulod

Barangay Alulod is a large barangay in the municipality of Indang, located in the province of Cavite, in the CALABARZON region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Alulod had a population of 5,055. This made it the 1st largest of 36 barangays in Indang by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Alulod accounted for approximately 7.36% of the total population of Indang, which stood at 68,699 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Alulod moving from 4,799 residents to 5,055 residents, an intercensal change of +5.3%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Alulod is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.
