Barangay Aglibacao

Barangay Aglibacao is a small barangay in the municipality of Jamindan, located in the province of Capiz, in the Western Visayas region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Aglibacao had a population of 559. This made it the 25th largest of 30 barangays in Jamindan by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Aglibacao accounted for approximately 1.45% of the total population of Jamindan, which stood at 38,670 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Aglibacao moving from 496 residents to 559 residents, an intercensal change of +12.7%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
