Barangay Lipay

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Lipay is one of the administrative divisions of Jose Dalman in Zamboanga Del Norte, Zamboanga Peninsula, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Lipay had a population of 998. This made it the 12th largest of 18 barangays in Jose Dalman by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Lipay accounted for approximately 3.46% of the total population of Jose Dalman, which stood at 28,881 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Lipay moving from 1,017 residents to 998 residents, an intercensal change of -1.9%. The trajectory indicates a broadly stable community.
