Barangay Lumanping

Barangay Lumanping is a small barangay in the municipality of Jose Dalman, located in the province of Zamboanga Del Norte, in the Zamboanga Peninsula region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Lumanping had a population of 1,057. This made it the 11th largest of 18 barangays in Jose Dalman by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Lumanping accounted for approximately 3.66% of the total population of Jose Dalman, which stood at 28,881 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Lumanping moving from 1,241 residents to 1,057 residents, an intercensal change of -14.8%. The trajectory indicates a contracting community.
