Situated in Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte, Barangay San Isidro is one of 27 barangays that make up the municipality within Bicol Region.

This made it the 21st largest of 27 barangays in Jose Panganiban by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality.
