Barangay Mercado Pob. is a very small barangay in the municipality of Jovellar, located in the province of Albay, in the Bicol Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Mercado Pob. had a population of 216. This made it the 19th largest of 23 barangays in Jovellar by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Mercado Pob. accounted for approximately 1.21% of the total population of Jovellar, which stood at 17,795 in the same census year.
