Barangay Marapangi

Barangay Marapangi forms part of Kibawe, a municipality in Bukidnon, and is classified as a mid-sized barangay.

This made it the 8th largest of 23 barangays in Kibawe by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Marapangi changed from 2,206 to 2,216, a shift of +0.5% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with slowly expanding populations in Kibawe. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Marapangi as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
