Barangay Bulhao

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Bulhao is one of the administrative divisions of Labo in Camarines Norte, Bicol Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Bulhao had a population of 2,486. This made it the 17th largest of 52 barangays in Labo by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Bulhao accounted for approximately 2.28% of the total population of Labo, which stood at 109,245 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Bulhao moving from 2,090 residents to 2,486 residents, an intercensal change of +18.9%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Bulhao as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Labo is a municipality comprising 52 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Bulhao, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
