Barangay San Vicente (Pob.) is a small barangay in the municipality of Lagonoy, located in the province of Camarines Sur, in the Bicol Region region of the Philippines.

This made it the 22nd largest of 38 barangays in Lagonoy by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality.
