Situated in Lebak, Sultan Kudarat, Barangay Kinodalan is one of 27 barangays that make up the municipality within SOCCSKSARGEN.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Kinodalan had a population of 2,896. This made it the 17th largest of 27 barangays in Lebak by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Kinodalan accounted for approximately 3.17% of the total population of Lebak, which stood at 91,344 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Kinodalan moving from 2,696 residents to 2,896 residents, an intercensal change of +7.4%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Kinodalan is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
