Barangay Cabaruyan

Classified as a large barangay, Barangay Cabaruyan is one of the administrative divisions of Libungan in Cotabato, SOCCSKSARGEN, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Cabaruyan had a population of 5,453. This made it the 2nd largest of 20 barangays in Libungan by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Cabaruyan accounted for approximately 9.69% of the total population of Libungan, which stood at 56,269 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Cabaruyan moving from 4,465 residents to 5,453 residents, an intercensal change of +22.1%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Cabaruyan is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.
