Barangay Malimpuec

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Malimpuec is one of the administrative divisions of Lingayen in Pangasinan, Ilocos Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Malimpuec had a population of 3,872. This made it the 9th largest of 32 barangays in Lingayen by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Malimpuec accounted for approximately 3.59% of the total population of Lingayen, which stood at 107,728 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Malimpuec changed from 3,669 to 3,872, a shift of +5.5% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Lingayen. Barangay Malimpuec is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
