Barangay Talogtog

Barangay Talogtog forms part of Lingayen, a municipality in Pangasinan, and is classified as a small barangay.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Talogtog had a population of 773. This made it the 31st largest of 32 barangays in Lingayen by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Talogtog accounted for approximately 0.72% of the total population of Lingayen, which stood at 107,728 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 641 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 773 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +20.6%, consistent with a growing settlement. Barangay Talogtog is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Lingayen is a municipality comprising 32 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Talogtog, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Pangasinan, which contains 1,364 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay Talogtog ranks 1259th by 2020 population.
