Barangay Antipolo

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Antipolo is one of the administrative divisions of Llorente in Eastern Samar, Eastern Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Antipolo had a population of 912. This made it the 7th largest of 33 barangays in Llorente by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Antipolo accounted for approximately 4.25% of the total population of Llorente, which stood at 21,459 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Antipolo moving from 774 residents to 912 residents, an intercensal change of +17.8%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Antipolo is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Llorente is a municipality comprising 33 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Antipolo, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
