Barangay Henaronagan

Situated in Lope De Vega, Northern Samar, Barangay Henaronagan is one of 22 barangays that make up the municipality within Eastern Visayas.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Henaronagan had a population of 220. This made it the 17th largest of 22 barangays in Lope De Vega by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Henaronagan accounted for approximately 1.50% of the total population of Lope De Vega, which stood at 14,690 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 253 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 220 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of -13.0%, consistent with a contracting settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Henaronagan as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
