Barangay Lower Caynaga

Barangay Lower Caynaga forms part of Lope De Vega, a municipality in Northern Samar, and is classified as a small barangay.

This made it the 3rd largest of 22 barangays in Lope De Vega by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality.
