Barangay Dadap

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Dadap is one of the administrative divisions of Luna in Isabela, Cagayan Valley, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Dadap had a population of 1,121. This made it the 9th largest of 19 barangays in Luna by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Dadap accounted for approximately 5.42% of the total population of Luna, which stood at 20,697 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Dadap changed from 1,113 to 1,121, a shift of +0.7% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with slowly expanding populations in Luna. Barangay Dadap is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Luna is a municipality comprising 19 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Dadap, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
