Barangay Alleomar

Barangay Alleomar forms part of Lupi, a municipality in Camarines Sur, and is classified as a very small barangay.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Alleomar had a population of 227. This made it the 36th largest of 38 barangays in Lupi by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Alleomar accounted for approximately 0.67% of the total population of Lupi, which stood at 33,897 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 216 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 227 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +5.1%, consistent with a growing settlement. Barangay Alleomar is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Lupi is a municipality comprising 38 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Alleomar, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Camarines Sur, which contains 1,063 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay Alleomar ranks 1055th by 2020 population. The next BSKE is scheduled for Monday, November 2, 2026, following the synchronized election schedule set by COMELEC Resolution No. 11191.
