Barangay Divisoria Norte

Barangay Divisoria Norte is a small barangay in the municipality of Maddela, located in the province of Quirino, in the Cagayan Valley region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Divisoria Norte had a population of 654. This made it the 26th largest of 32 barangays in Maddela by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Divisoria Norte accounted for approximately 1.60% of the total population of Maddela, which stood at 40,943 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Divisoria Norte changed from 616 to 654, a shift of +6.2% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Maddela. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Divisoria Norte as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
