Barangay Magsaysay (Pob.)

Barangay Magsaysay (Pob.) forms part of Mainit, a municipality in Surigao Del Norte, and is classified as a mid-sized barangay.

This made it the 4th largest of 21 barangays in Mainit by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Mainit is a municipality comprising 21 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Magsaysay (Pob.), including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Surigao Del Norte, which contains 335 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay Magsaysay (Pob.) ranks 54th by 2020 population.
