Situated in Marabut, Samar, Barangay Logero is one of 24 barangays that make up the municipality within Eastern Visayas.

This made it the 18th largest of 24 barangays in Marabut by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Logero accounted for approximately 2.91% of the total population of Marabut, which stood at 17,842 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Logero moving from 505 residents to 519 residents, an intercensal change of +2.8%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Logero as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
