This made it the 1st largest of 26 barangays in Masantol by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Bebe Anac accounted for approximately 11.70% of the total population of Masantol, which stood at 57,990 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 6,952 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 6,786 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of -2.4%, consistent with a contracting settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Bebe Anac as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

Masantol is a municipality comprising 26 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Bebe Anac, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
