Barangay Central Katingawan

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Central Katingawan is one of the administrative divisions of Midsayap in Cotabato, SOCCSKSARGEN, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Central Katingawan had a population of 2,535. This made it the 21st largest of 57 barangays in Midsayap by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Central Katingawan accounted for approximately 1.53% of the total population of Midsayap, which stood at 165,376 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 2,513 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 2,535 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +0.9%, consistent with a slowly expanding settlement.
