Barangay Patindeguen

Barangay Patindeguen is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Midsayap, located in the province of Cotabato, in the SOCCSKSARGEN region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Patindeguen had a population of 2,173. This made it the 26th largest of 57 barangays in Midsayap by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Patindeguen accounted for approximately 1.31% of the total population of Midsayap, which stood at 165,376 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Patindeguen moving from 2,279 residents to 2,173 residents, an intercensal change of -4.7%. The trajectory indicates a contracting community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Patindeguen as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
