Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Santa Rosa is one of the administrative divisions of Mulanay in Quezon, CALABARZON, Philippines.

This made it the 2nd largest of 28 barangays in Mulanay by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality.
