Barangay Oples

Barangay Oples is a small barangay in the municipality of Nagcarlan, located in the province of Laguna, in the CALABARZON region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Oples had a population of 502. This made it the 36th largest of 52 barangays in Nagcarlan by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Oples accounted for approximately 0.77% of the total population of Nagcarlan, which stood at 64,866 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Oples moving from 407 residents to 502 residents, an intercensal change of +23.3%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
